We have completed numerous projects at this property over the years, including:

• Conversion of 1st floor apartment from a single 4-bedroom apartment into 2x 2 bed apartments.
• Construction of a 2-storey rear extension with drive space beneath.
• Demolition and reconstruction of a garage block at the rear with roof storage area.
• Installation of new luxury kitchen with quartz work surfaces
• Various upgrades to bathrooms, lighting and decorating.
• Plumbing and maintenance.
• Rendering and external maintenance and drainage.
• Front garden landscaping works and reconstruction of party walls.
• Replacing front east bay windows with new square bay extension to 3 floors.
• Replacement semi-circular west bay windows with full height glazed.
